A 3D tour lets a buyer walk your listing from their phone before they ask for a showing. Priceless Productions captures two kinds on the same visit as your photos: a Zillow 3D Home tour, included with the Gold package and up, and a Matterport 3D tour, included with the Diamond package. Both can also be ordered on their own.

Two tours, two jobs
The Zillow 3D Home tour is a walk-through tour built for the Zillow listing. It comes with Gold, Sapphire and Diamond, or on its own for $150.
The Matterport 3D tour is a full walk-through of the home that a buyer moves through room by room. Matterport comes with Diamond on top of the Zillow tour, or on its own for $200.

Where the tour goes
Every shoot is delivered through your own property site with the photos and floorplan. Photos are delivered next day in MLS and print sizes.
Which package includes which tour
- Gold, $425: up to 50 HDR photos, 6 drone photos, 2D floorplan, virtual twilight, marketing kit and the Zillow 3D Home tour.
- Sapphire, $600: Gold plus a Standard listing video.
- Diamond, $700: Sapphire upgraded to a Cinematic listing video, plus a Matterport 3D tour on top of the Zillow tour.
- The Luxury, $960: the Luxury video, real twilight photography at dusk, 3D tour and every deliverable we make, on one shoot.
Homes up to 4,000 square feet are covered at the package price. Above that, the tour carries a size tier: $35 from 4,000 to 5,000 square feet, $70 to 6,000, $105 to 7,000 and $150 over 7,000. Need a tour on a package that does not include one, or on a photo-only order? Add it in the cart and we capture it in the same visit.
Floorplans from the same visit
Silver and up include a measured 2D floorplan, scanned while your photographer is already on site. The 2D schematic shows every floor to scale with room names and dimensions, a north arrow and gross internal area by floor, in clean black and white that is ready for the MLS. The 3D schematic is the same plan rendered with flooring, fixtures and furniture footprints.
A la carte, the 2D floorplan is $130 and the 3D floorplan is $180. The Zillow Interactive Floorplan add-on is $50 and links the floorplan to the Zillow 3D Home tour. Rush delivery and gross living area figures are cart options, and homes over 5,000 square feet carry a $35 floorplan surcharge.
One appointment, Richmond to Northern Virginia
We cover Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Midlothian, Glen Allen, Hanover and Mechanicsville, and in Northern Virginia we cover Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, Alexandria and Prince William. Every shoot starts with HDR photography; the tours, floorplan, drone photos and video are captured in the same appointment. Drone photos are flown only by FAA Part 107 certified pilots carrying liability insurance.

What is the difference between a Zillow 3D Home tour and a Matterport tour?
The Zillow 3D Home tour is built for the Zillow listing and is included with Gold and up. Matterport is a fuller walk-through tour and is included with Diamond, which delivers both.
Can I order a Matterport tour without a package?
Yes. On their own, the Zillow 3D Home tour is $150 and Matterport is $200, and the cart also offers them as add-ons on some packages; we capture either during the same appointment as your photos.
Does the size of the home change the price?
Homes up to 4,000 square feet are covered at the listed price. From 4,000 to 5,000 square feet the tour adds $35, to 6,000 adds $70, to 7,000 adds $105 and over 7,000 adds $150. The size tier is added in the cart.
Is the floorplan measured on site?
Yes. The scan is taken during your shoot, and every floor is drawn to scale with room names, dimensions, a north arrow and gross internal area by floor. Labels are generated automatically by our partner’s software; text us a name such as Florida Room instead of Sun Room and we swap it.
