Our pilots hold FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificates and carry liability insurance. HDR interiors, floor plan, video and aerials are shot on the same appointment, so you book once.

What a drone shot does for a listing
An aerial answers questions a front elevation cannot.
- Lot size and shape. One aerial shows where the yard ends, how the house sits on the parcel, and how much of the lot is usable.
- Acreage. On a rural or estate property in Hanover or Loudoun, the land is the product. An aerial puts the pasture, the pond, the outbuildings and the driveway in one frame.
- Water, views and privacy. A river, a lake or a wooded buffer behind the house is invisible from the curb. From the air it becomes the headline photo.
- Neighborhood context. Distance to the school, the pool, the golf course or the river. A buyer relocating to Glen Allen or Midlothian wants to see what surrounds the house, not just the house.
Where the boundary is part of the pitch, the Property Lines add-on draws the parcel outline onto your drone photos (see Photo Enhancements). The booking cart also offers a Land Listing Bundle.
Six drone photos come with every package
Drone photography is not an upsell here. Every package from Bronze up includes six drone photos alongside up to 50 HDR photos, delivered the next day in MLS and print sizes with your own property gallery.
- Bronze: the full HDR photo set plus six drone photos.
- Silver: Bronze plus a measured 2D floor plan, a virtual twilight exterior and a marketing kit.
- Gold: Silver plus a Zillow 3D Home tour.
- Platinum and Sapphire: a Standard listing video on top of Silver or Gold.

Drone video and flyovers
A flyover is a short aerial video of the property and its surroundings.
Flyover Drone Video is $100 when added to Bronze, Silver or Gold, and $150 on its own. Platinum and Sapphire include a Standard listing video, Diamond includes a Cinematic video, and The Luxury includes the Luxury video.

FAA Part 107 pilots, insured flights
Flying a drone for pay in the United States requires an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate. Our pilots hold it, carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance, register every aircraft with the FAA, and complete the FAA recurrent training every 24 months. Internal practice never substitutes for the certificate: nobody flies a client listing until certified.
Some addresses sit in controlled airspace near an airport, where a flight needs FAA authorization before takeoff.

How a drone shoot works
Book online in a few minutes: create a free agent account, pick a package or the a la carte items you need, and choose a time. A real person texts or calls to confirm. On shoot day the interiors, the exteriors and the aerials are shot in the same visit, and the finished photos reach your property gallery the next day. Two things help the aerials: a clear driveway and the trash bins out of sight. Our seller prep list covers both.

Do I have to order drone photos separately?
No. Every package from Bronze to The Luxury includes six drone photos. Drone is a separate line only with the Listing Photo Package or a la carte items.
Can I get drone photos without a full package?
Yes. Drone Photos are $150 on their own, or an add-on to the Listing Photo Package at checkout.
Is drone video included in the packages?
The Flyover Drone Video is an add-on: $100 with Bronze, Silver or Gold, $150 on its own. Platinum, Sapphire, Diamond and The Luxury include a listing video.
Are your drone pilots licensed?
Yes. Our pilots hold FAA Part 107 certificates and carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance.
What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
Drones do not fly in rain or high wind.
Can you show the property lines on the aerials?
Yes. The Property Lines add-on draws the parcel outline onto your drone photos at $10 per photo. It is a visual reference for buyers, not a survey, and does not establish a legal boundary.
