One appointment for photos, drone, video and floor plans

- HDR photography. Multiple exposures merged into one true-to-life image. Windows stay clear, shadows keep their detail, colors stay true, verticals are straightened, and each image is hand-checked before delivery. Every package ships photos in MLS and print sizes.
- Drone. Every package from Bronze up includes six drone photos of the home and lot. Flyover drone video and larger aerial sets are available on their own. Our pilots hold FAA Part 107 certificates and carry liability insurance.
- Listing video. Standard video shows the flow of the home on a pro camera. Cinematic adds portrait-style detail shots or a fast-paced, sound-designed edit. Luxury roughly doubles the footage with detail work and sound design. Quick Reel is a vertical, one-take reel for Instagram and TikTok. Captions and an MLS-compliant version are add-ons.
- Floor plans. A 2D schematic measured on site: every floor to scale, room names and dimensions, a north arrow, and gross internal area by floor, MLS-ready. A 3D schematic renders the same plan with flooring, fixtures and furniture footprints.
- Photo enhancements. Virtual twilight, virtual staging, virtual renovation, item removal, TV replacement and property lines, ordered per photo in the cart.

How a Midlothian shoot runs
Create a free agent account and book online in minutes. Pick the package, add what the listing needs, and choose a time. A real person texts or calls to confirm.
Before shoot day, forward our seller prep list: driveway clear, bins hidden, every light on, fans off, blinds open, bathrooms reset, counters clear, personal photos down, pets out. Lockbox codes, whether the seller will be home, and anything to avoid go in the order notes; the photographer reads them before knocking.

On site, the photographer shoots the order as written. If you want to change the package or add a floor plan while we are there, the order is updated on the spot. Edited photos are delivered the next day through your property page, with MLS and print files ready to download.

Questions Chesterfield agents ask
Are drone photos included, or an add-on?
Included. Bronze and every package above it come with six drone photos. If a listing needs more aerial coverage, drone photo sets, a flyover video and a land listing bundle are available on their own in the cart.
When will I have my media?
Photos are delivered the next day. Video is edited separately and takes longer. A delivery email with your property page link goes out when the media is ready.
Can you fix a room label on the floor plan?
Yes. Floor plans are produced from the on-site scan by our measurement partner, so a room name can come out generic. Text (804) 302-4116 with the change you want, such as Florida Room instead of Sun Room, and we swap it as soon as we can.
Is there a charge for a large home or a big photo count?
Two flat fees apply to any package and are disclosed up front: $35 when the total scanned square footage is over 5,000 (including garage, attic and unfinished basement), and $35 when the photo count is over 80. Matterport and 3D tours also carry a square-footage upcharge above 4,000 square feet.
What does a reschedule cost?
The reschedule fee is $75 and is usually waived. If you need to move a shoot, text or call (804) 302-4116 and we will find the next slot.
Do you shoot twilight for real, or virtually?
Both. Silver and up include a virtual twilight exterior, edited from a daytime photo. The Luxury package includes real twilight photography at dusk, and Twilight Photos are also sold on their own.
