Three listing video styles, matched to the home
Standard listing video. Shot on a professional camera with a wide lens, it walks a buyer through the home room by room and shows how the spaces connect. It is the right choice for most listings. Standard is $250 on its own and is included in the Platinum and Sapphire packages.
Cinematic listing video. Everything in Standard plus portrait-style detail shots, in one of two edits. Cozy is for staged homes and homes with character, where the land and light are the story. Trendy is fast-paced with sound effects, for modern, high-energy listings. Cinematic is $350 on its own and is included in the Diamond package.
Luxury listing video. Luxury comes in two edits. Luxury Trendy is the Cinematic Trendy edit with detail shots and roughly twice the footage. Luxury Cozy is the Standard walk-through plus detail shots and elegant sound design. It is built for homes at $900K and above; homes under $800K rarely need it. Luxury is $750 on its own and is included in The Luxury package.
Listing video is delivered horizontal for your listing page and social feeds. An MLS-compliant version is a $35 add-on; captions are $35.
Flyover drone video and drone photos
Our drone pilots fly commercially under an FAA Part 107 certificate with $1M liability insurance. A Flyover Drone Video shows the home, the lot and the surrounding neighborhood from the air. It is $150 on its own, or $100 when added to a Bronze, Silver or Gold package.
Every package from Bronze up already includes six drone photos. A Land Listing Bundle ($275) is also available, and the Property Lines edit on our Photo Enhancements page marks the approximate lot outline on a drone photo. Twilight Footage ($300) adds dusk video.
Quick Reel: the vertical social cut
A Quick Reel is a one-take, phone-style vertical video made for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. It is fast to shoot, fast to post, and the simplest way to get a listing in front of your followers the day it goes live. A Quick Reel is $175 on its own or $135 inside a package, with an optional drone shot or agent intro.
Agent intro and agent spotlight video
An Agent Intro ($35) adds you on camera to your listing video. An Agent Spotlight ($135) is a video of you on camera, in your listing.
Knowing what to say is the hard part, so we built a tool for it. The Video Hook Builder asks seven questions about the listing and emails you twelve custom opening lines before filming day. When you add an Agent Intro to an order, your confirmation email includes a Build My Video Hooks button that takes you straight to it.
Which package includes which video
- Bronze ($265), Silver ($315) and Gold ($425): photos, drone photos and, from Silver up, a floor plan. No video included. Add a Quick Reel, a Flyover or a listing video as a package add-on in the cart.
- Platinum ($495): Silver plus a Standard listing video.
- Sapphire ($600): Gold plus a Standard listing video.
- Diamond ($700): Sapphire upgraded to a Cinematic listing video, with a Matterport 3D tour on top of the Zillow tour.
- The Luxury ($960): the Luxury listing video with detail shots and sound design, real twilight photography at dusk, and every deliverable we make on one shoot.

We shoot across the Richmond market: Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Midlothian, Glen Allen, Hanover and Mechanicsville. In Northern Virginia we serve Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington and Prince William. One booking page and the same editing standard in both markets.

Frequently asked questions
Which video style should I choose?
Standard for most listings, Cinematic for staged or character homes, Luxury for homes at $900K and above. If you are between two, ask us for examples; we would rather show you than describe it.
Can I use the video on the MLS?
Yes. Order the MLS-compliant version ($35) and you receive an MLS-compliant cut in addition to your listing video.
How and when is the video delivered?
Photos are delivered the next day through your property page. Video is delivered as a Vimeo link.
Do you share the video anywhere?
Yes. Cinematic and Luxury videos are posted on our Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels; Standard, Quick Reel and flyover videos go on our YouTube channel.
Is the drone pilot licensed?
Yes. Commercial drone flight on our shoots requires an FAA Part 107 certificate and $1M liability insurance, and no one flies for us without both.
Can I upgrade the video after I pick a package?
Yes. Make it Cinematic ($100) upgrades the Standard video in Platinum or Sapphire, and Make it Luxury is available on the same screen. Both are chosen in the cart when you book.
